We are thrilled to have renowned vegan chef Rickard Daun host our last vegan cooking demo of the series.  Rickard will demonstrate his Tofish fingers, with mash potatoes and a Danish Remoulade.

Rickard is owner of Daun’s Deli in Hackney – a Scandinavian vegan eatery.
