Bonita de Silva – Head Chef at Brixton’s Cafe Van Gogh – will be demonstrating this winter-warming dish for us.  Bonita has been vegetarian since the age of 10, turning vegan whilst working in the hospitality sector, including a 3 month stint at a vegan restaurant in Bangalore.
